Sarah Applegate, Physician Assistant
Sarah Applegate is a native Houstonian and physician assistant with over 7 years of experience in treating vascular disease. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences and then completed a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. After graduating from Baylor, Sarah worked in internal medicine for two years before specializing in vascular and interventional radiology. Her areas of expertise include venous disease, peripheral arterial disease, uterine fibroid embolization, and cosmetic sclerotherapy.
Sarah lives in Katy with her husband, two kids, and two golden retrievers. Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with her family, watching the Astros or Aggie sports, reading, and exercising.
Catherine Raesz, Physician Assistant
Catherine Raesz is a Physician Assistant with over 10 years of experience in Interventional and Endovascular Radiology. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and then completed a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Her areas of practice include venous disease, peripheral arterial disease, and uterine fibroid embolization. Catherine is dedicated to providing compassionate patient care that helps patients reach their goals and feel their best.
Outside of work, Catherine enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Mozzie and Pupper, along with hiking, biking, gardening, volunteering and traveling to the Caribbean.
Tiffany Meske, Physician Liaison
Tiffany graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Integrative Physiology. As a Physician Liaison, she works diligently to keep us connected with referring providers and patients.
A Colorado native, Tiffany lives in Houston with her husband Ryan, their chocolate lab, Frisco, and their baby girl, Beckett. In her free time she enjoys traveling, snowboarding, working out, reading, being outdoors and trying out new restaurants.
Pam Moore, Physician Liaison
Pam entered the healthcare space as a physician liaison in 2010 and joined the TEA family in 2019. She enjoys building relationships with referring physicians, as well as educating healthcare professionals about the mission of TEA. Her creative, energetic, patient-centered approach has been instrumental in establishing TEA as a clinical leader in vascular care.
Pam is originally from Louisiana but has grown to love and call Houston home. There is still a little bit of Cajun left in her since her favorite pastimes are music, food and dancing. She has been married to her husband, John, since 1995 and has 2 wonderful kids. Her son is a drummer and her daughter a new Red Raider! Guns Up! Pam’s other love is the family shitzu, Dexter. When she is not doting over Dexter she is caring for the family cat and African Grey parrot.
Julia Montgomery, Registered Vascular Sonographer
Julia has been a Registered Vascular Technologist since 2009. She loves working with patients to resolve their health issues, and being on the front line of treatment. She always has a positive attitude and always wears a smile!
Julia is a transplant from Massachusetts, she has called Houston home for the past 20+ years. In her free time, Julia enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Kenzi Houlette, Registered Vascular Sonographer
Kenzi has experience in General, OB/GYN, and vascular sonography. A Texas A&M University graduate, she continued her ultrasound education at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and is now a board certified RDMS and RVT. Originally from a small town near Amarillo, Kenzi has called Houston home for over 5 years. In her free time, she likes to eat sushi, enjoy time with her friends and family, and travel.
Jamie Minameyer, Clinical Support Specialist/Medical Assistant
Jamie has been an integral part of the clinical team for many years. Like the rest of our team, she is always willing to do whatever it takes to care for our patients. In addition to her skills as a medical assistant and scribe, she also supports the physicians during procedures, and ensures that the offices and procedural center are properly equipped, compliant, and safe. Jamie routinely acts as a liaison between the physicians and patients, ensuring that we remain on schedule and on target.
When Jamie isn’t working hard, she is filling the office with laughter. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys skiing, spending time with her dog Honey and golfing.
Liliana Sanchez, Clinical Support Specialist/Medical Assistant
Liliana is a Medical Assistant who is a Houston native. She loves helping patients and making them feel comfortable during their visit. Liliana has two beautiful young boys named Javier and Julian who love to dance. In her free time she enjoys going to the movies with her hubby and spending time with friends and family.
Brenda Mejia, Clinical Support Specialist/Medical Assistant
Brenda says her mission is to make all of our patients’ days little better before leaving the office. This mission is clearly reflected in the quality of her interactions with patients. Brenda is currently going to school to become a RN. If she is not at work or studying she is probably outside chasing “the prettiest girl she knows” her blue heeler Penelope, or keeping tabs on her favorite sports team the Houston Astros.
Sylvia Prieto, Clinical Support Specialist/Medical Assistant
Sylvia is a Katy native and joined us in 2016 as medical assistant. She loves interacting with her patients and is passionate about treating every patient with care. She is a great listener and loves to help! Sylvia has a sweet young daughter named Jacqueline and a silly chihuahua named Twinky. She is currently attending school to further her career in the medical field and hopes to become an RN one day.
In her free time she enjoys running, shopping with her daughter and relaxing while watching a great movie.
Jackie Hall, Patient Experience Specialist
As a long-term member of staff, Jackie is an outstanding ambassador for TEA, and is committed to making our patients feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they step into our office.
Aside from keeping the office running smoothly, Jackie enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She loves planning parties, going to the gym, FaceTiming her nephews who live in New Mexico, and spending time with her “fur baby”, Marley.
Sindy Parada, Patient Experience Specialist
Sindy has been on staff with TEA for many years. She is experienced, diligent, friendly, and committed to our mission of caring for patients. Many refer to Sindy as the “Hostess with the Mostest”. Her fun loving nature has earned her a reputation as the office clown (usually at Erik’s expense). When she’s not at the office, Sindy enjoys spending quality time with her family, walking her dogs, sporting events, and teaching Erik Spanish..
Ashley Lara, Patient Experience Specialist
Ashley is a Houston area native with over 10 years of experience in the medical field plus medical assistance training. She worked in OB/GYN and Neurology before joining Texas Endovascular. She loves coming to work every day because of the joy she feels from seeing positive results from patient treatments. She loves being a part of a passionate team. You will find Ashley’s smiling face greeting you as you walk into Dr. Hardee’s Katy office. Ashley treats every patient with respect and is always ready to help. In her free time, Ashley likes to cook, travel, work out, experience different food cultures and enjoy a night out on the town. She lives in Katy with her husband and 4 fur babies.
Perla Sanchez, Patient Experience Specialist
Perla joined the TEA team in 2019 and she’s loving it! Patients and guests enjoy interacting with Perla at the front desk, or on the phone because of her cheerful personality and caring demeanor. She enjoys helping patients and making them feel welcome.
Prior to joining us at TEA, Perla worked as an insurance agent for over 8 years.
When she is not at work, Perla loves being around her six nephews. They are her pride and joy. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with friends and family.
Debora Perez, Medical Billing and Coding Specialist
Debora is a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare space. A Certified Professional Coder and a member of AAPC, she is working towards her CBP and CIRCC certification. Deborah can always be counted on to deliver an exceptional patient experience. She utilizes her talent to ensure that our billing is accurate, appropriate, and timely.
Deborah enjoys spending time with my husband and 3 kids, working out, traveling, cooking and crafting.
Erik Frazar, Practice Manager
Erik Frazar, our beloved and esteemed practice manager, has over 10 years’ experience in health care, which is clearly reflected on his personal connection with our patients. In addition, he plays furniture mover and handyman to make sure our facility is always “patient ready”.
Outside of the office, Erik and his wife Carol enjoy just about every extracurricular outdoor hobby possible – and he has the gear to prove it! His favorites include: his weekly bowling league, fishing, snow skiing, and mountain biking.
Donna Looser, Chief Operating Officer
Donna is a Lean Six Sigma black belt with over 25 years of progressive experience in business development, quality improvement, financial modeling, and healthcare operations. She has established a reputation for excellence and leadership by improving financial and operational performance for multiple organizations through her dedication to the patient experience. Throughout her career, she has developed both primary care and specialty facilities, with an emphasis on outpatient vascular care.
Donna lives in the Clear Lake area with her husband and two teen aged children. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, spending time in nature, and traveling to visit family in St. Louis, New Orleans, and Daytona Beach.
